Whether it's an employee appreciation event, a birthday celebration, or your wedding day - Our distinctive flavors are certain to delight. Looking to make your event even more memorable? Ask us about about crafting your very own flavor! Our private event package includes:
- Trailer reservation fee (non-refundable). This locks in your event on our calendar.
- All flavors currently on our menu.
- 1 hour of service. We can serve 60 people per hour. Additional hours may be purchased at $50/hour.
- 20 double scoop servings (minimum). Additional servings will be charged at the time of the event at $6/serving.
Or
- 30 single scoop servings (minimum). Additional servings will be charged at the time of the event at $4/serving.
- Travel within 10 miles of 244 N. Main Street, Kernersville, NC 27284. Additional miles are charged at a rate of $.67/mile.
- Cups, spoons, napkins and smiles are on us!

For those looking for a more "hands on" experience, we offer our delicious flavors in 1.5 gallon containers. All you need to do is pick them up from our trailer and serve!

What supplies do you provide for events?
Besides our delectable flavors, we provide cups, spoons and napkins for all events.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend you reach out at least two to three weeks (sooner for highly desirable dates & weekends) prior to your event. Need to book something sooner? Reach out! We strive to accommodate all requests.

How much space do you need?
If you are looking for the full Blue Skies Creamery experience, the space must be able to accommodate a pick up truck and an 8x14 trailer. We will unhook the truck from the trailer come event time however, the space must be large enough for us to easily get in and out of when setting up and breaking down.
Have a much smaller space? Contact us via the form below and tell us about your event and the size of the space you are looking to serve out of. We are happy to work with you to find a solution!
Can I just buy tubs of your ice cream and serve it myself?
Absolutely! We offer 1.5 gallon servings of all of our delicious flavors. Because all of our flavors are meticulously hand crafted, we ask that all 1.5 gallon orders be made at least 1 week ahead of time.
